Dliet Bistro in Frankfurt

Today we picked up a really tasty, large, mixed platter and served with minced meat sambusas! The owner cooks with a lot of love. All dishes are finely seasoned and perfectly cooked! A take away highlight at its finest! Many Thanks! Always incredibly delicious!

Completely happy! It was my first time here and I ordered the mixed platter and the Sambusa (only to take away at the moment, of course) right there. I was given a very warm welcome and advice. Everything is perfect in terms of taste and price. I especially liked the meat and the sambusa. It's annoying that I didn't discover this pearl earlier. I would love to come back in the future.

At the moment, as everywhere, only collection possible. Food was ready to be picked up at the agreed time. Very well packaged to take away and was still pleasantly warm over 20 minutes later. Excellent taste. Prices cheap. Portions are good if not huge.

For us, the Dliet was the first experience with Eritrean food and we are very happy about this discovery! Since this spring we have been fetching food from Dliet almost every week. Everything tastes wonderful, fresh, particularly seasoned and simply prepared with love. The owner and everyone else greet you friendly and are super nice. The “Dliet Vegan” plate with different dishes on the soured flatbread (injera) is our favorite. But the meat dishes, starters (great sambussas and the spicy Katenja), hearty breakfast (“Ful”, also tastes good at lunchtime) and the lentil soup are all recommendable.

Sure, the Dliet can't keep up with the big Eritrean restaurants in Frankfurt. The bistro is too small for that. For the lunch break, however, eating is an interesting and delicious alternative in the vicinity.

Delicious food from Eritrea, a friendly welcome, always a smile and a friendly word - the Dliet is always worth a visit. I like to eat a mixed plate, but I will have to continue trying the menu. At the moment, unfortunately, always to take away, but it's also very cozy in the small shop. Next week it's time for the dumplings!

Was there tonight to get me something to eat. I was warmly welcomed and had a friendly chat. It is a small sweet shop and the food tastes great. Found a new little favorite shop ?. I'm looking forward to the next time ?

The food was amazing, so was the ginger coffee, tea and espresso. Only negative aspect was, that there was no toilet, and the seating was better than at an usual Imbiss, but not as comfortable as a restaurant's seating. Good for short periods, but not for longer periods. The hostess was super friendly, and we will come back.

Super nice atmosphere. Friendly staff, very clean, well located but difficult to find nearby parking spaces before 6pm ... If you live in the city you can easily get here by bike. Food just fantastic!

Dliet Bistro is an African Bistro that has recently opened. Their menu is very limited, but very tasty. Staff speak no English, but this should not be a problem. They were really kind and we even got a courtesy espresso. I hope they keep up the quality of food and attentive service.
